BlackICE submod: Unified Flags

This mod aims to completely overhaul the flag setup of BlackICE, with a focus on historical accuracy and plausibility. There are still going to be some flags which tend more towards rule-of-cool, but where possible I’ll try to stick to existing precedents. Note that in reality many far-right movements didn’t modify the official national flag when they came into power, but instead the party’s symbols became synonymous with those of the nation. This is the logic behind many fascist flags, although it will not always be perfectly historically accurate; my apologies. If you notice anything odd, or if you have a suggestion, speak up. I’ll consider fixing it for new versions!
This submod is compatible with BlackICE version 2.x.
It is recommended to play with the submod Puppeting the USSR enabled alongside this and the base mod. Also look out for the other mods in the collection.
Keep an eye out for additional BlackICE submods over the coming weeks. Further down the line, expect to see other new entries to the Unified brand. Exciting times.
