BlackICE submod: Unified Portraits

This mod focuses on brightening up the world’s selection of ruler portraits. A couple dozen of the most influential figures have been added to their respective countries; additionally the pools for generic portraits have been greatly expanded. This means even randomly generated leaders will look far more interesting.
This submod is compatible with BlackICE version 2.x.
It is recommended to play with the submod Puppeting the USSR enabled alongside this and the base mod. Also look out for the other mods in the collection.
Keep an eye out for additional BlackICE submods over the coming weeks. Further down the line, expect to see other new entries to the Unified brand.

Caution: Paradox thought that Salchak Toka would make a good generic leader. Well… there are plenty of other odd characters around, let’s just say. Stay tuned.
