This mod has integrated and edited the following mods,
OWB 50 Cheap Construction Slots
The changes to 50 Cheap include boosted Air Base level to Level 50, boosted Naval Base level to Level 20, and boosted numbers of Railway repairs and building for if people have Tech Expansion on.
This mod also adds three events. Two of which give every Navy and Army doctrine for USA Reformers while the 3rd is a fun event where people can go to war with nations faster if they want.
