Description:
Do you ever get tired of China constantly steamrolling PDTO? Or Russia obliterating NATO, no matter how much you minmax your economy and army? This mod fixes these imbalances!

(This is still a work in progress, more wars will be rebalanced later)

Currently rebalanced wars:

First European War:

NATO unity gives up to 20% attack and defense bonus

War Exhaustion for Russia increases 3 times faster

Russian / Soviet Storm modifier lasts longer, gives 50% attack buff instead of 20%, bigger speed buff and AI agressiveness modifier

Many of potential and guaranteed NATO members had their "Disabled AI production" modifier (which completely stops equipment production, division training and research) removed

Taiwan War:

During Oil Crisis, Japan gets extra political power to compensate for additional expenses (which did not exist in previous patches of TFR)

Removed hidden buff to China

AI PDTO has a bigger buff now when defending Taiwan (from 5% attack, defence and org to 10%)

Great Asian War:

Chinese war exhaustion increases faster (200 -> 100 days)

Japanese war exhaustion increases faster (150 -> 100 days)

PDTO member gives higher buffs

Removed secret buff to china (+35% attack, defense, org and many other modifiers)

Japanese Jieitai modifier gives more attack, defense and breakthrough, recruitable population, factory and dockyard output and construction buffs (to match china)

All Japanese paths have a guaranteed minor weekly stability buff (to avoid getting stuck in very low numbers post nuclear bombing / post defeat)

Japanese continued rearmament spirit is strengthened and has small amount of weekly war support (to avoid being stuck in the negatives after nuclear bombings)

Many of potential and guaranteed PDTO / EADI members had their "Disabled AI production" modifier (which completely stops equipment production, division training and research) removed

Second American Civil War:

Event popularity changes leading up to the 2ACW are consistent

ACG and UoA have double starting militias

UoA gets a slightly larger chunk of the military upon ACW breakout

Minor (AI) nations rebalance:

Removed "Disabled AI production" modifier to many nations with skeleton content which participate in minor and major wars, such as Third African War, ECOMOG vs Sahel, Central American War, many civil wars and others

The idea that I removed for many nations:
