This mod ROX!

This mod seeks to undo a very overlooked aspect of OWB: If your army has the experience, has the best tools in the wasteland, why shouldn’t they be able to learn new weapons? Why shouldn’t they be able to overcome the obstacles in Urban AND Desert environments? What’s stopping a sufficiently large army from having multiple branches, each dedicated to different warfare styles?!

Why does that [XOR] trigger stop us?! Why must it get in our way?! WHO IS DOING THIS, THIS UNJUST RESTRICTION?! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!?

This mod allows you to, after researching a "this or that" (AKA an XOR) technology, refine those findings using your XP (Army/Navy/Air) to take the other tech(s) you’d otherwise be locked out of. Because why CAN’T you have a fast army charging in with power fists while your other armies slowly march forwards with laser rifles?

This mod requires the listed mods, and has special code for if you’re playing as the Sierra Depot Enclave, as ERB/ERX currently does some of what this mod does naturally and I don’t want to stop on the toes of that experience.
