Adds schematics bonuses to three of Hayes’ NCR Expansion focuses. These include:

– Eureka giving APA Schematics
– Dornan giving Plasma Schematics (Where’d he get those?)
– Area 51 giving Vertibird Schematics

Now you can PROPERLY LARP as the Enclave while still being the NCR.
