Kaiserreich Ideologies Effect
This mod (which is an updated version of Oriental Stamtracker’s KR ideology ) adds passive effects to all ideologies for Kaiserreich which makes each one feel more unique. I have also taken the liberty of adding more modifiers.

Radical Socialism: Army Organization -10%, Recovery Rate +10%,Recruitable Population: +2%, Construction Speed: +3%, Stability: +3%, Research Speed: -2%, Daily Political Power: -0.05
