Resource Plants [Coal Update]
this mod adds mines and processing plants for resources to hoi4, you can research upgrades to make the buildings better.
note: The buildings in this mod will work with mods like EaW and RT56, the research and GFX however will not work. As I am currently working on a much more ambitious project, this has been moved to the back-burner and fixes for the GFX and research will be delayed for the foreseeable future.
