OWB – Unit Model Overhaul Redux
The most requested feature of the original Tech Tree Icon Overhaul is finally here: enhanced unit models, now available as a standalone mod. Iconic power armor sets, including the T-45, T-51b, and APA Mk II, have been completely reimagined with unique, high quality on-map models. Even the dubious nation specific models, like the Russian exoskeleton-clad Pioneer Company, Canadian HECU Marines, and the not so subtle vanilla Germany Brotherhood troops, have been overhauled with combat gear that feels far more authentic to the Fallout universe.
Changes:
– Frames/Scavenged/Wasteland PA have been given a unique NCR Heavy Trooper inspired model.
– T-45 has been given a unique model.
– APA Mk II has been given a unique model.
– Advanced special forces gear has been given a unique model based on the Elite Riot Gear.
– Combat armor has been more accurately remodeled.
– T-51b has been retextured to remove the strange blurriness and to make it more faithful to its F1/2 color scheme.
– Enclave units have had their Chinese swords removed and their bodies more proportional.
– Canadian units featuring the bizarre Russian exoskeletons have been replaced with combat armor.
– Strathcommune has been given unique models based on the Chinese army jumpsuits.
– The Brotherhood of Steel, Enclave, NCR, and various nations have been given unique textures of the aforementioned combat armor and elite riot gear.
