Reichskom Moskowien – Bigger Soviet Vassals

Adds the releasable nation of Reichskommissariat Moskowien to the game. Allows you to puppet Western Russia after the end of the war with Russia so you don’t have to directly manage all of that territory yourself.
Recommended: Upon victory, return territory to Finland and Hungary, then claim the cities of Rostov and Leningrad, then release Belarus, Ukraine, Georgia and then finally the Reichskommissariat Moskowien. This will tidily divide your conquered territory and create some very powerful vassals.
