• It was created by fedcba, and AtomicBlastPony2D is currently doing an overhaul including altitude and armor for airplanes
• With this brand-new mod, you can even upgrade any equipment from Millenium Dawn !

• This finally is the lag-free version of Improve Any Equipment, (that is not compatible with all the mods it used to be).
• Almost all equipment types are upgradable now.
• Many extra upgrades

• One extra upgrade for all equipment: Production Cost.
• Instead of having a reliability malus, you will often get a production cost malus (or both :!)).
• Up to 6 upgrades for almost ANY equipment from base game and many mods including (but not limited to)Convoys, Transport Planes, Infantry & Support Equipment
• Upgrade costs are reduced to allow you to get really personal equipment: base cost 5 instead of 10 (land upgrades) or 15 instead of 25 (sea & air upgrades), and extra cost per improvement 3 instead of 5
• Tactic and Strategic Bombers (as well as the Great War Zeppelins) have an extra upgrade now: Altitude. It improves Defense & Speed at the prize of Mission Efficiency and Range.
• Carriers, Battleships and Battlecruisers now hava an AA upgrade (whose effect is more limited than for screens).
• titles and explanations for individual equipment
• 3 languages: english, german and french (see the pictures)
• If you chose any of these languages, you will get english, not system language (xxx_desc)

• Translate into german & french (I culd do it, but I have no time left)
• Translate into russian, polish, portugese etc. versions
• upgrade bonuses can be discussed
• once Politics New Concept will be finished, your choice of design companies will affect how strong individual upgrades will be
