A Purpose For Opinion
This is a mod that gives more of a purpose to a countries opinion of you
Here is a list of the changes
1. countries with a high opinion of you will be more likely to support you or ally with you
2. countries with a low opinion will be less likely to support you
3. countries with with a very low opinion of you might justify on you
4. if a country has a high opinion of a major, then that major’s ideology will become more popular in that country (does not apply to other majors)
5. The AI will actually try to improve relations with other countries
6. improving relations is much cheaper for a major than it was before
