Personal Project

UPDATED AND REWORKED FOR THUNDER AT THE GATES!

A mod to enhance, expand and lengthen the current 2nd Russian Civil War (White Russian Beaten but Not Defeated route) and make the scenario more enjoyable and interesting. This is a personal project but people are free to download it if they wish.

DISCLAIMERS
I am not an artist or model designer, so models, GFX and focus icons are from other mods including: Kaiserreich, Kaiserredux, The Great War Redux and The New Order: Last Days of Europe among others. These are all fantastic mods which I play, and no harm is intended by me using their stuff.

As for playing, this mod is designed to be played as the White Russians on Historical Focuses, regular difficulty and with no other settings adjusted. After testing, results vary wildly with non-historical, the AI playing as Russia is capable of doing my focuses but will not be able to access some of the added features.

As for accuracy this is for fun, so some historical figures are resurrected, some are brought backward in time from TNO, and some have had their roles or ideologies invented for fun. Balance wise a good player will probably find it overpowered, but its a mod for fun, if you’re cheesing or skipping the civil war this isnt the mod for you. The civil war itself has been made longer and more difficult, remember to do the focuses!

Content
The mod includes new focus branches, decisions, missions, events and custom effects for during and after the 2nd Russian Civil War, as the White Army.

During the Civil War:
A new focus branch allow for calling for aid in the form of volunteers and lend-lease from the Allies, Axis, and other third parties, they also allow the opening of fronts in Crimea and Murmansk so you’re not just stuck in Siberia all war.

During the Civil War you also have the opportunity to integrate the varying movements of the Whites via decisions and now by a series of missions which take time to progress. This mechanic is important as recruiting the various factions will allow you to pick their government paths later on, so make sure not to forget! I have also provided descriptions and a little bit of history which is missing in the base game to many historical or perhaps obscure figures mainly from English Wikipedia, so if there are corrections to be made you can let me know.

After the Civil War:
After the civil war has ended, choose the path to Continue the Provisional Government. This section now opens up and allows for numerous choices and paths to pursue in the endgame.

Government:
For the ‘endgame’ instead of the overly simplistic Tsar vs Fascist choice, I have chosen to make many differing paths to go down, including some that are ridiculous and nonsensical. These include: The Soviet-Tzarists, the Democratic Russia, a Democratic Tzar, the White Army, an Absolute Tzar, the Church, the Imperial Cult from TNO, Eurasianism, and several branches of far-right government who can ally yourself to Germany or Japan.
