This flag overlay isn’t made by me, and originally originates from the hearts of iron 4 mod "Kalterkrieg". (Incredible mod btw) full credit goes to the creators of the mod / creator of the overlay.
For bugs, please note them into the comments and I’ll look out to change them.
(The mod is Ironman Compatible!)

Question: Why did you do the mod?
Answer: Simply because the HoI4 modding community has like 2 or 3 known flag overlay mods.
Question: Is it compatible with flag mods?
Answer: As long as it doesn’t interfere with the flag overlay, yes.
