Description:

This is better nuke 1.1 with new flavors, this includes
-BRUTAL nuclear fallout state modifiers
-A little bit of realistic nuke stuff added (incase the mod author sees this, let me know if you want them down)
-AI will be able to use nukes
-AI will now WANT to use nukes (if they dont let me know)

Mod is very experimental, originally made for giggles, i do not plan on balancing the state modifiers at all, and uh, let me know if it breaks

(DO NOT RUN ALONGSIDE OTHER BETTER NUKE MODS, OR LITTLE BIT MORE REALISTIC NUKES)
