Tank Rebalance
Enhanced User Interface is required to display the technology tree correctly!
Rebalances Tanks to make their usage more historically accurate and encourage different designs and strategies.

Tank Module Unlocks: Adjusted to historical conditions
(Research is needed to unlock all desired modules)
Module Slot Unlocks: Limited by chassis >>> Interwar 1, Basic 2, Improved 3, Advanced 4
(Advanced chassis allow the usage of more module slots, so advanced research becomes increasingly important)

Artillery is no longer an eligible role for all light aswell as 1 and 2 man medium turrets.
Tank destroyer is no longer an eligible role for all turnable turret types, so it requires the usage of a casemate or a newly introduced open-topped turret.
(Increases the importance of casemates to better resemble their historic usage while discouraging the generic design of TDs using 3 man turrets.)
SPAA (Anti-Air Tank) Combat width 2 >>> 1
(SPAA are now worth a consideration vs. motorized AA)
Tank Destroyer Breakthrough: -42/25 % >>> -60 %
(TDs are there for damage, Tanks for breakthrough)

New turrets for light and medium tanks (1941 tech): "Three Man Open-Topped Turret": Breakthrough >>> 14/24, Hardness >>> -10 %

(Introduces a new type of turret to increase realistic technological advancements throughout the war while containing balance with the previous changes to vanilla turrets.)
Secondary Module "Small Cannon": Soft Attack 5 >>> 4, Hard Attack 3 >>> 2, Production Cost (IC) 3 >>> 5, Reliability -10 % >>> -15 %
(Nerf to "Small Cannons" so they are no longer undisputed best-in-slot)

Light/Amphibious 2 >>> 1, Medium 2 >>> 2, Heavy 2 >>> 4, Super-Heavy 2 >>> 6
(Makes LT/AT more usable while nerfing HT)

Piercing: Maximum vs. average 0.4 >>> 0.1
(Makes piercing harder to come by so that there is an arms race for armor vs. piercing)

This mod is playable with the current version of the game and will continue to be up to date.
