The Fire Rises New Doctrines
This is my personal mod for Hearts of Iron IV: The Fire Rises (TFR) — A Brand New Doctrine Mod.
I have reorganized and consolidated the doctrine system into three major categories: Land Warfare Doctrine, Equipment Doctrine, and Naval Doctrine, along with Air Force Doctrine and Special Operations Doctrine. The old doctrine interface has been removed.
Added decisions for rapid troop training and proficiency bonuses.
Supported Languages: Simplified Chinese, English (machine-translated).
You are free to modify the localization files yourself, and you may also make secondary modifications to this mod’s military doctrines and release them without needing to ask for the author’s permission.
Current Update: Modern Naval Doctrine (Beta) — The newly added doctrine bonuses are placeholders and will be revised later.
AI Overhaul: All countries will now select their military doctrines at game start, and this action is given the highest priority. You no longer have to worry about the AI failing to pick doctrines!
I am a beginner modder, and the current balance values are only temporary placeholders. Feedback and suggestions are more than welcome!
