The Fire Rises New Doctrines
This is my personal custom mod for Hearts of Iron IV: Rising Flames (TFR) — a brand-new army doctrine overhaul mod.
I have completely reorganized the army doctrines into three major categories: Land Combat Doctrines, Equipment Doctrines, and Special Operations Doctrines. All original vanilla doctrine trees have been removed.
Naval and air doctrines remain vanilla-style, while their doctrine track slots have been expanded.
New national decisions have been added for rapid troop training and unit proficiency bonuses.
Supported Languages: Simplified Chinese and English (machine-translated).You are free to edit the localization files, rework the military doctrines in this mod, and republish your own version without asking for the author’s permission.

Modern Air Force Doctrines are now fully added.The AI mechanism has been reworked: every country will research military doctrines immediately from the game start and set doctrine research as its absolute highest priority. No more AI ignoring doctrine progression.
I am still new to modding. All current numerical balance values are only temporary placeholders. Any feedback and suggestions are highly welcome.
This mod is compatible with major mods including Dragon Ascension and Red Dawn.
