Description:

Patch for the mod Red Dawn: SSR+.

Add new game rules.
Update scripted peace deal.
Merge some decisions with targeted decisions (for now, Europe).
Puppet can annex exists puppet (for now, Europe). Ie by example for Poland, SPL can annex POL.
Minor fixes.

Note: The main mod will be updated, so, the update is in pause.
