current features:
– 9 new focuses:
—-6 in economy tab
—-2 in army tab
—-1 in political tab
– shortened time for many economic focuses
– made many economic focuses better in terms of giving you civ/mil factories
– made many economic focuses add more national buffs and resources
– added focuses to military tab for superior firepower and mass assault, both give some mastery and buffs.
– diving bombers focus now actually buffs them
– thragg in the political "by blood alone" tree

please comment if anything is broken or you have ideas for more focuses
development time: 5~ days (25 hours~ actually working on it)
