Currently I have no plans to continue this mod. I’ve learned quite a bit from creating this mod, but I never planned to go too far with it. I appreciate all of the support that everyone has given, and I certainly didn’t expect this mod to get as many subscribers as it did. Anyways, thanks for the support, and be sure to keep an eye out for more mods from me!

Overview-

Altis Uprising is my first mod, featuring Altis from Arma 3. You might have seen a few other Altis mods on the workshop, but they are either dead or not accurate in their representations of Altis. I decided to make this mod mostly as a learning project for HOI IV modding, and so far I’ve had satisfactory results.

Please make sure to like and favorite the mod if you enjoy it, and please be sure to leave suggestions in the comments!

If you’re having trouble locating Altis, it is located in the Mediterranean sea, south-east of Italy.

History-

Altis was first inhabited by the Phoenician civilization. The people were traders and explorers, and founded many of the settlements on Altis. In the middle ages, Altis was ruled by Arabian warlords. Centuries later, Venician merchants founded the city of Kavala, which became the capital of Altis.

By 1916 the British Empire had control over Altis and built some infrastructure there. By 1936, Altis gained independence and formed the Republic of Altis. The Altian people are faced with the upcoming war, and must make tough decisions to survive.

Compatibility-

This mod will probably be incompatible with any mod that adds new provinces or edits the files in the ‘map’ folder, otherwise, it should work fine with other mods.
