State Reforged is a major Hearts of Iron IV overhaul focused on government, war, surrender, occupation, conquest, diplomacy, faction control, arms exports, and national collapse.

The mod expands HOI4 with a deeper policy system, smarter AI surrender behavior, new conquest and demand options, harsher occupation consequences, military spirits, internal crises, customizable game rules, expanded faction management, and a weapons market reputation system.
