TNO Japan Helicopters & Tank Fix
doesnt change checksum so it works in mp (other ppl dont need the mod)
the helicopter is the mi8 from tfr (ideally it would be a kawasaki bk 117 but idk how to model, if anyone wants to make one lmk)
also fixes missing subunit icons (flame tank support) and selecting the model in designer/template editor
also fixes incorrect tank yaw’s and moving animations
also fixes building target button for bombers not opening
