White Borders
Makes province (tile) and state borders white to help with micro control and visibility, country borders remain default.

The usage of this mod will not prevent getting achievements, when playing in ironman mode.
Multiplayer compatible!
You can use the mod in every multiplayer lobby, even if you are the only one that’s using it! No dependency on the host or any other player.
