Free Reign is an ahistorical game mode designed for multiplayer. Many of the national focus trees, economy laws and ideologies have been changed to allow for a more sandbox style game
What this mod does:
Democracies can justify wars and change economy laws faster
United Kingdom can abandon all of its commonwealth to invade them later if they so choose
The commonwealth can leave in one or two focuses
Added specific advisors to the majors (Captain of Industry to Japan, Silent Workhorse to Soviets, etc.)
Steel mills and mining complexes which provide aluminium, tungsten and chromium
Decision for Italy to become the Roman Empire and a buffed Italy overall
Russia turns green if you switch ideologies
Advisors and events to switch to non-aligned
Probably some other stuff I put in and forgot about
