!!!outdated!!! OWB Research and Doctrine rework
!! I wanted to update this mod to actually work with some slight changes, because it really is only a minor thing that prevents the new tree from working. But the workshop is refusing me to upload the mod. Both as a new file, or to update this one. So unfortunately I am not capable of updating this. The doctrines do still work, but for the other changes people will sadly have to wait til they are integrated into the main mod.!!
Old World Blues is an amazing mod, but it is still unfinished. So I decided to make a submod that reworks the entire doctrine tree from the ground up. Many icons are still placeholder and will be changed. Balance is skewed right now, but I need feedback to fix that. Balance was never my strong suit. Feel free to comment with suggestions and similar things.
Added an expanded electronics/engineering tree, an area I always thought not touched upon in the OWB mod yet.
Custom Icons will be added one after the next. But for now about half are placeholders.

This mod takes inspiration from Project Nevada, Without which I would not have been able to play fallout new vegas for 600 hours+
