Updated version of this mod
What the mod does is it removes the Guarantees of independence from the USA of the south american countries. It does it in both scenarios by modifying the begining free guarantees from the US
What that means is the US can still give guarantees of independence but it’ll cost them Political power like everyone else. In my tests they didn’t guarantee anyone when I waged my wars early but the UK did as they always do.
Note: The mod modifies the startup for the USA in both 1936 and 1939 and removes the starting guarantees like I said above. That file is History/countries/USA – USA.txt If you really need to know.
It also edits the USA national focus tree for now. So won’t work with other mods that do that.
