Bolivar’s Legacy: Make Colombia Gran Again (WORK IN PROGRESS)
This mod aims to bring history, life, and above all, fun, to the Latin American theater. It is also intended to work with the "Road to 56" mod. This has been a project of mine since the Fall of 2016. Due to college life, I’ve hit a few snags.
Implemented (whole or partly) Features:
– A MASSIVE Colombian focus tree, allowing for 4 main paths:
– Fascism: unify the Andes and beyond through events, focuses, and brute force
– Communism: bring the revolution to the New World and bring down the Capitalist Giant of the USA
– Democracy: liberate the colonized and fractured New World, and throw off the yoke of imperialism!
– Unaligned: something unique I feel, reinstitute the Spanish Monarchy and bogota and protect neutral nations
– "Federation Building" allows you to "liberate" and build small states in the Americas to "protect" such as:
– United Provinces of Central America
– Free West Indies
– Guyanan Protectorate
– Federation of the Rio de la Plata
What needs to be done:
– finish the implementation/effects of focuses (some focuses are placeholders with no effects)
– localization of names/focuses/events
– polishing of leaders, small federations, pictures, etc
By all means, download it and take a look at the focus tree! If anyone has an idea as to what should do what – tell me, or better yet, try your hand at it! Any help to make this project a reality would be greatly appreciated.
