Naval Manpower Reduction Sea Swap System (2:1)
A change to the naval manpower use.
This mod first lowers the amount of men ships use.
And then applies the 2:1 sea swap system modern navies use to rotate the crew around and increase operational time with the ship, without stressing the crew more.
This basicly means that each ship you will build will use 2x the reduced manpower from the orginal mod which uses a 1:1 ratio(E.G 1Ship, 1Crew of # amount of men).
Thanks to: Brygun for bringing this rotation system to mind.

Because people like to know what they get before they get it, here are the numbers of the crew size, so you don’t have to install first and find out you don’t like and be mad at me for not mentioning it 😉
Trivia:
A Sea-Swap system can be taken litterally. Where a navy uses one ship and two crews. Lets use a destroyer as example.
As the nation sends the destroyer to its operational area for a mission duration, but sometimes the mission duration will over-extend what sailors are allowed. in this case the nation can send a auxilary ship(transport/supply etc). with a secondary crew on it. when the two ships meet, the secondary crew will take charge of the ship in the mission area, while the first crew will deboard the mission ship and go home on the auxiliary ship.
This cuts down on the travel time(and cost). and allows the ship to stay longer in the mission area, rather then having to make the long journey home everytime. which would shorten the mission duration and increase the costs astronomical (Mission time – 2x Travel time(Back and Forth). A second ship of the class or suitable for the role chosen.
As seen on the discription picture, this from time to time can also take place in a friendly harbor(if availble) in or very near the mission area.
NOT Achivement compatible.
IS save game compatible.
Multiplayer compatible.
