totalControl: All states releasable
"totalControl: All states releaseable" is a modification which allows you to release each and every state, which is present in HOI 4, as its own country.
This modification does not aim to be historically accurate. It is purely created to make splitting bigger countries into smaller, more managable puppets, possible.

– The modification does NOT work with any other modifications using changed states and/or countries
– Any other game language than English is NOT supported
– Some state names may be not correct, they will be fixed once reported
– Not all states currently have flags implemented
Please note that updates to the modification may take some time as I am purely working on this on my own in my free time.
