Codex of Marcus – OWB
A small update to the Old World Blues mod, this simply replaces the leader of the Troll Warren with Marcus of Jacobstown fame, allowing the supermutants to research civilized tech. No further changes were made, this is a simple update that lets them build robots, vehicles and the like.
