This mod add 37 Decision during Peace time and also War time.
Decisions are Cheap (around 25 to 50 PP)
Decisions are Quick (around 30 to 90 days)
But with Great Consequences that can Reverse the situation at a Crucial Point.

– Added New War Decision : Surrender to a stronger ennemy give bonus and malus to both country involved
– Added New War Decision : You Can Now Puppet a Country when at war with when the country is weaker
– Total Rework & Tweak 4 Decisions :
* Economic Alliance : Now give bonus to both country ( you cannot stack the idea bonus btw )
*Sink Them : Your plane can destroy a lots of ship now over a short period ( convoy and navy )
*Win Air Superiority : Kill a lots more plane, but also reduce the ennemy bonus to air superiority during ground fight
*Preserve Fleet : The fleet earn a lots of defense power, but also strike better, it’s efficient.
