This mod makes the Democratic country capable of doing what they should really be able to, Ideologies colours have been changed aswell to look nicer.
Democratic countries can influence more than they would usually be able to.
Neutrality in the game has been changed into a playable ideology as almost all countries upon going neutral turns into a monarch, They can now justify, declare, make factions. Etc etc…
