Victoria Louise for Kaiserin (Full Version)

Description:
This mod allows the player to get Victoria Louise as Kaiserin, even if the Hindenburg blew up and without having to join the Allies. In addition to this the Kaiserreich under Victoria gets new decisions, which allow you to peacefully cede some "former" german territories as well as decisions to core Belgium, Switzerland and Denmark.
To get the decision which puts Victoria on the throne you need Wilhelm III as the new Kaiser. After Victoria is Kaiserin all of the other decisions show up, exept the decisions to core Belgium, Switzerland and Denmark. You only get them if you control the needed territories.
I added decisions to launch a preemptive strike on Belgium and Denmark in case you are at war with France, the Soviets, the US or Great Britain. They will only show up if available too. Additionally Victoria can even give women more rights enabling her to recruit 50% more soldiers (of the already existing conscripted men not the whole population!).
A helpful sidenote:
If you want the Netherlands to reject the return of the Kaiser, you need to have less divisions than they have.
Changelog:
– new the conditions for the Anschluss Events have changed, they show up one after another
– now Victoria can recruit 50% more population via a decision (will be executable after all Anschluss Events)
– fixed some issues with the Southern Tyrol Event
– you now get the divisions of the Netherlands
– the Dutch East Indies will now become a puppet of Germany
– added a joke event-chain (extended it a little bit)
– made this mod (hopefully) compatible with the Subjects of the Kaiserin mod (but you need to take a certain way!)
Compatibility:
Should be compatible with almost every mod, as long as it doesn’t completely overhaul the game.

Subjects of the Kaiserin:
To get my decisions you need to take Kaiser Wilhelm III during the modified Netherlands event. Then the decision for Wilhelm III abdication shows up.
